Our Objectives

  • Develop a strong and effective organization that represents member subdivisions and residential communities along the FM 1488 corridor between Jones State Forest and Magnolia High School.
  • Facilitate and improve communications between Association members, adjoining cities, Montgomery County and other organizations.
  • Inform Association members of new and existing regional and local issues of concern.
  • Support or oppose issues and/or projects that have an effect on Association members’ well being and/or quality of life.
  • Pursue beautification and stabilization of the FM 1488 corridor through involvement in County planning and promotion of park and recreational areas.
